Within Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we are seeking a Operations Analyst to support the Transformation & Initiatives (T&I) department. The T&I department provides subject matter support focused on driving affordability process improvement and costinformed decisionmaking initiatives.

As a Operations Analyst you will support the Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) Affordability team and contribute to DesigntoUnit Production Cost (DTUPC) 890series cost modeling AUPC analysis and costinformed decision support across programs.

This is an ONSITE position based in Tucson AZ.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

As a Operations Analyst you will work under the guidance of experienced analysts and engineers to support affordability and costanalysis activities across the product lifecycle.

Support data collection organization and analysis for cost and affordability studies
Assist with DTUPC 890series and lifecycle cost model inputs using Excelbased tools
Support preparation of costinformed trade study inputs and analysis
Assist with supplier cost data production rate data and AUPC modeling
Prepare charts tables dashboards and briefing materials for leadership reviews
Support documentation of cost modeling processes and tools
Participate in training and mentorship activities within the Affordability & Cost Modeling community

Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Finance EconomicsData Analytics Mathematics or related discipline
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. governmentissued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
Academic coursework projects or internships demonstrating analytical financial cost or data modeling experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience may be obtained through onthejob experience research coursework or projects

Qualifications We Prefer:

Internship or project experience in cost analysis finance business analytics engineering or manufacturing
Exposure to cost modeling AUPC/DTUPC concepts or production data analysis
Familiarity with Excel MATLAB Python or Power BI
Interest in affordability cost modeling and datadriven decision making

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
