Job Summary
POSITION: Game Site Supervisor
LOCATION: Ellensburg High School/Morgan Middle School
REPORTS TO: Athletic Director
JOB SUMMARY: Provide assistance to the Athletic Director in coordinating all on-site activities related to the Ellensburg
High School/Middle School Sports Programs
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Promoting positive attitudes with students parents staff and community.
- Supervising set-up and take down of facilities for the Sports Programs.
- Providing supervision and monitoring of crowds at the sporting events.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must qualify to work in the proximity of children under the conditions of a WSP/FBI background check.
- Must have a current First Aid and CPR Certificate and be versed in related preventative health and training standards.
- Must complete Blood Borne Pathogen and Sexual Harassment Training.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous site supervision experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a positive supportive manner with student participants parents coaches school administration and staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively with student participants parents coaches school administration and staff.
- Ability to work as a responsible member of a co-curricular staff in full cooperation with coaches and the Athletic Director.
