Dow is seeking individuals who have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Accounting Information Systems and who are motivated by the challenges and rewards of working for a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and change.

Candidates who are hired will be part of Dows Finance Development Program. This program provides new Finance employees multiple job assignments in the early years of their Dow career and provides a diverse and varied working knowledge of Dows Finance organization. Individuals will be assigned to challenging positions in the Finance organization that will provide exposure to Dows businesses and key leaders. Assignments vary and will complement the new hires prior experiences and background.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Accounting Information Systems Finance Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or related Business degree with a graduation date no later than September 2027.
• A minimum requirement for the U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GPA of3.0or higher.

• Analytical Thinking: Examining the information collecting the facts and checking for accuracy

• Candidates should haveno more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experiencepost-graduation. This role is part of our Early Career Program and is designed for individuals early in their professional journey.
