1st Shift Warehouse Lead

Key Benefits:

• Hourly Starting Wage: $25
• Shift Hours: 1st shift: 4:00am to 12:00pm Mon-Fri. (Hours may vary based department needs.)
• Full-time position with benefits package (medical dental and vision insurance)

Responsibilities:

• Train employees on all aspects of the warehouse
• Work collaboratively with department leads on manners within the plant
• Serve as the main trainer for new and current warehouse associates
• Ensure that all warehouse associates have the tools and understanding to succeed in their positions
• Coach associates in the warehouse on performance work with management if discipline is necessary
• Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor during performance review process
• Address any associate conflicts complaints or concerns within a timely manner involving management and or/HR as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to speak read and write English.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Attention to detial and high sense of urgency.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge with microsoft office systems.
