Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-oriented 1st Shift Millwright to join our high-performing maintenance this role youll support continuous improvement across mill operations through expert troubleshooting and proactive maintenance.
Youll be responsible for the repair alignment and installation of industrial machinery ensuring smooth and safe operation of all equipment in the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect repair and maintain industrial machinery including conveyors debarkers canters gang saws and edgers
Dismantle assemble install and align equipment using hoists jacks hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments
Read and interpret technical drawings schematics and work instructions
Perform adjustments to set specified clearances between moving and stationary parts
Use STICK welding
Ensure safe movement and setup of machinery using proper rigging tools and techniques
What Youll Need
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of verifiable millwright experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of equipment alignment rotating machinery and mechanical systems
Must provide your own basic hand tools
Proven skills in STICK welding
Must pass background check physical and drug screening
