Job Description:
The Machine Operatoris responsible forsafely setting upoperating andmonitoringproduction machinery in a manufacturing environment while meeting production schedules quality standards and safety requirements. This position requires flexibility tooperatedifferent machines and perform other production-related duties based on business needs.

Set upoperate andmonitorproduction machineryin accordance withestablished procedures and safety guidelines.
Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines asrequired.
Monitor machine operation to ensure proper performance quality output and adherence to production schedules.
Make basic machine adjustments and notify supervision or maintenance of equipment malfunctions or concerns.
Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
Read measurements work orders production schedules and perform basic calculations asrequired.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and business needs.
Learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment whiledemonstratinga proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.

Qualifications
The ability to read measurements work or calculate numbers.
The ability to use handheld tools including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks pneumatic staple guns industrial hot glue guns and power drills.
Mustbe 18 years of age have reliable transportation and work overtime as needed.
Previousexperience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to safelyoperateindustrial equipment.
The ability to lift bend push pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and
The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
