• Essential Functions:

  • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
  • Troubleshoot equipment tooptimizeproduction
  • Perform basic asset care duties to include routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
  • Work as a team to help meet or exceed production waste quality and safety goals
  • Operate and/or work around mobile equipment
  • Efficiently use standard and precision measuring equipment (tape measurer & calipers)
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to adjust to sudden work pattern or schedule changes
  • Comply withall applicable OSHA EPA local regulatory laws and company safety policy
  • Properly communicatefinishing/quality concerns service level statuses and equipment performance issues to theappropriate personnel

• Skills Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Experience inmanufacturing warehouseORmilitary environmentORcompletion of post high school education in manufacturing/industrial
  • Ability to effectively and safely use a wide variety of hand measuring tools wrenches files and various small tools associated with Englert machines
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Basic math since we are dealing with Infor that requires operators to input data into the system

  Education and Experience:

  • One (1) year or more experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment
  • Experience using machinery

  Physical Requirements:

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment
  • Perform tasks such as lifting walking climbing stooping standingpushingand/or pulling for upworkin a loud/noisy and industrial high-volume environment
  • Physical ability to walk and stand on concrete for the duration of the work shift in increments of up to 6-8 hours.
