e purpose of this position is to ensure the accuracy of warehouse and plant inventory balances.
This positionis responsible formaintainingthe cycle count program and process root cause analysisaccuracyreporting and corrective actions.
The successful implementation and maintenance of these processes should yield increased inventory accuracy reducedcomponentshortages reduced cost of indirect labor for material handling and improved productivity of the manufacturing operation.

What you will bring:
Education Standard: High school diploma or equivalent
Min. Yrs. Experience:1-3 in a manufacturing/distribution environment
Basic mathematical skills
Knowledge of plant receiving and materials movement processes
Basic Computer Skills (MS Office Word Excel) and ability to use plant IT programs
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated root cause analysis skills
Maintain basic knowledge of internal processes and controls.
Understanding ofKanban and JIT systems.
Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan andaccomplishgoals.
Broadworking knowledge and experience with standard work instructions.
Mustpossessa strong customer service orientation and must provide dedicated supportofinternal and external customer requirements.
Must be a strong written and verbal communicator able to communicate to various audiences effectively
Teamorientedmust have the ability to work cohesively with others.
Mustpossessabilityto work well in a manufacturing environment.
Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment.
