Job Summary

Fulfillment Associate

The Fulfillment Associate will work with team members across departments to perform excellent work and continuously improve operations. This role is responsible for assembling and packaging products operating production equipment picking and staging orders loading trucks and supporting production and shipping activities as needed to meet operational demands.

Key Roles

  • Assemble and prepare boxes and packaging materials for finished products
  • Operate production equipment including routers saws and other tools in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Package products accurately ensuring all required items and documentation are included
  • Pull products to maintain continuous production flow and fulfill shipping orders as needed
  • Pick stage wrap and label customer orders for shipment
  • Load trucks while ensuring products are properly stacked balanced and secured
  • Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy and report defects or concerns to supervision
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety policies procedures and PPE requirements
  • Provide value to internal and external customers through quality work and teamwork
  • Assist in other production warehouse or shipping areas as needed to support workflow and operational goals
Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble package and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
  • Pull and organize materials and products to support production and shipping demands
  • Ensure customer orders are accurate and shipped in a timely manner
  • Safely operate machinery and material handling equipment while adhering to safety standards
  • Load and unload trucks as needed while maintaining product integrity
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspaces inventory and materials
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow quality concerns or shipping issues
  • Other duties as needed: Job duties responsibilities and activities may change at any time and may include transfers to other departments or local facilities as operational needs require.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works in a manufacturing setting. May be subject to the current local weather conditions.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand talk and lift up to 50 pounds and hear.
