Job Summary
Job Description
Provides operational support and assists in the supervision of employees a large high volume centralized bakery that services a university franchised Dunkin Donuts as well as other Dining Services facilities. Responsibilities include coordination of food production supervision quality control ensuring customer satisfaction safety and sanitation and the use of an automated food management system. Assists with inventory management including weekly inventories stock rotation receipt of goods storage packing and shipping of products.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience and knowledge of supervision principles baking food service production and large quantity cooking using standard recipes and procedures.
Experience operating general and commercial kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations safe food handling practices and food sanitation.
Ability to communicate work in a team environment measure and perform basic math functions and work quickly and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and experience using computers including Windows Microsoft Office including Word Excel Outlook and automated food management systems.
ServSafe and HACCP certifications.
