180471-Quality Controller (Color Mix Operator)

• Operate color blending and material handling equipment to produce cement products that meet quality specifications.
• Monitor mix formulations production processes and inventory levels to ensure efficient terminal operations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to support safe and reliable production.
• Load unload and transfer raw materials and finished products while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Follow all safety environmental and operational procedures to support a productive workplace.

• Ability to safely operate monitor and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain product quality and blending accuracy.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn terminal processes equipment and operating procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Dependable work ethic with a commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be able to certify forklift operation-training provided
• Must be able to lift push pull up to 94lb bags.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.

• $34.12 per hour.
