Job Summary

1:1 Learning Support Specialist (Elementary)
Location: Boston MA Pay: $30 $35/hr

Requirements:
Associates degree in Education Special Education or related field; Bachelors preferred.
Experience providing 1:1 or small-group instruction in K 5 settings.
Strong knowledge of differentiated instruction and individualized learning strategies.
Familiarity with ADHD attention challenges and executive function supports.
Comfortable adapting classroom lessons and maintaining daily progress notes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Calm patient reliable punctual; able to work independently in a school environment.
ABA or behavioral support experience a plus.
