As a 1:1 Direct Support Professional you will work one-on-one with a client assisting with their specific behavioral needs. You will provide continuous and high-quality attention interaction and engagement in activities as well as helping the client reduce challenging behaviors by teaching appropriate replacement behaviors.
Some Duties:
$250 Hiring Bonus!

- Working one-on-one with a client assisting with their specific behavioral needs
- Providing continuous and high-quality attention interaction and engagement in activities
- Helping client reduce challenging behaviors (physical aggression) by teaching appropriate replacement behaviors
- Implementing behavioral procedures for preventing and responding to challenging behaviors
- Observing documenting and reporting data on daily activities
Entry-Level Qualifications:
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must be able to remain calm in escalated situations
- Must have the physical strength necessary to assist this client during challenging behaviors
- Ability to safely and confidently intervene during challenging behaviors
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients with disruptive or aggressive behaviors
Schedules Available:
- 9:00am-3:00pm
- 9:30am-3:30pm
