1099 Therapist (PT, OT)

Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for Eastern Long Island NY. This is a per diem 1099 position!

Qualifications/Education Required:

• At least 1 year experience

• NYS Therapist license and registration

• BLS from American Heart Association

• Physical and QuantiFERON within one year

• MMR Titers within 10 years

• Malpractice Insurance

• NPI #

• Workers Comp certification

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living

• Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patients condition

• Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patients condition

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

• Additional responsibilities as required

Pay per session:

• $75 for 30 mins

• $100 for 1 hour
