Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Bath Installers to join our team as 1099 subcontractors. This position is ideal for skilled professionals in home remodeling and carpentry who are looking for steady work competitive pay and a collaborative team environment. As a Bath Installer you will be responsible for completing high-quality residential bathroom remodels while upholding Expo Home Improvements commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete full bath remodels from start to finish following company standards and installation procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism clear communication and high-quality workmanship.
• Supervise and manage an installation assistant ensuring all tools materials and resources are prepared for each project.
• Follow installation guidelines and building codes to ensure compliance and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment troubleshooting any challenges that arise on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry remodeling or bath installations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow installation specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Must have own tools necessary for bath installations.
• General Liability Insurance required.
• EPA Lead Renovator Certification is a plus.

Schedule & Work Conditions:
