What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver technical support to customers and internal teams on cement products applications and performance optimization
• Partner with commercial operations and quality teams to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze technical data to identify trends recommend solutions and enhance product quality and consistency
• Represent the company in customer meetings industry forums and technical presentations to strengthen relationships and credibility
• Support new product development and implementation by providing subject matter expertise and field insights

What Are We Looking For

• Strong technical knowledge of cement manufacturing materials science or construction applications with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers sales teams and cross-functional partners
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety quality and delivering exceptional customer service

Work Environment
This role operates in a combination of office plant and field environments with regular travel to customer sites and Heidelberg Materials locations. Exposure to industrial settings and varying weather conditions should be expected.
