At Matters Graph you will:

• Serve as a core member of our case teams delivering outstanding evidence-based advice to our clients

• Develop research strategiesidentifyresearchsourcesand conduct primary research to investigate markets customerschannelsand competitors

• Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis

• Develop written presentations in both PowerPoint and Word formats

• Work with senior team members to transform research and analysis into creative conclusions and value development strategies

• Attend client meetings present findings and act as a subject matter expert on key analysis topics

• Contribute to our positive team culture and drive internal entrepreneurial programs

• Commit to continuous personal development by proactivelyseekingmentoring and training opportunities

What Were Looking For:

• A track recordof academic excellence including a bachelors degree from a leading institution

• A deep passion for business and outstanding intellectual curiosity

• Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills

• Great teamworking abilities with a positive and collaborative mind-set

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• A desire to build a long-term career as a professional consultant

• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills withadditionallanguages also beneficial

• Authorization to work in the USA

Whatwe offer:

Associatesearn acompetitive base salary andareeligible for performance-based discretionary bonuses tied to both individual and firm performance.The base salary for thispositionis $90000 per year.
