We’re a fast-growing, family-focused self-defense training facility, and we need a dependable, detail-oriented Office Assistant who’s ready to grow with us and help take WOFT to the next level. 💰 Starting Pay: $16/hour (W-2) 📅 Schedule: Primarily weekdays, some weekends required when classes or events are running 🩺 Benefits: No insurance, 401k, or paid time off currently — but this has real growth potential as WOFT continues to expand 📍 Location: WOFT Training Facility in Groveland, FL. On-site only — this is not a remote or work-from-home position 💼 What You’ll Do This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 office job — it’s a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly, support instructors during classes, and play a key role in creating a world-class experience for our students and guests. * Handle day-to-day office tasks (emails, scheduling, checklists, data entry, etc.) * Help prepare and serve meals (breakfast and lunch) during training events * Set up before and clean up after classes — ensuring every detail is on point * Support instructors, students, and guests throughout training days * Make outreach calls and follow-ups to help fill training seats * Update CRM records, manage bookings, and help keep the team organized * Take initiative — spot what needs to be done and make it happen without being asked 🌟 Who You Are * Confident using a computer and comfortable learning as you go * Friendly, dependable, and organized with strong communication skills * Flexible — willing to work weekends when classes are in session * Comfortable wearing multiple hats and staying calm under pressure * A natural problem solver with a “no-excuses, get-it-done” mindset * Someone who takes pride in helping others and wants to see WOFT grow and succeed At WOFT, every role matters.
