Senior People Operations Analyst

We are looking for a People Operations Analyst to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our People function. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient accurate and employee-focused people processes across the employee lifecycle. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced distributed environment. This person will partner closely with employees managers HR leadership and other internal teams to ensure a seamless employee experience. 

It is important to note that this is a temporary 3 month role!

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle including onboarding employee changes transfers and offboarding. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. 
• Coordinate and continuously improve People processes policies and workflows. 
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring all required documentation system access and communications are completed on time. 
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding People-related questions policies and processes. 
• Partner with Payroll Finance IT and other internal teams on employee-related processes and requests. 
• Support benefits administration and employee programs as needed. 
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation. 
• Support HR projects and initiatives including employee engagement performance management organizational changes and other People programs. 
• Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. 

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in People Operations HR Operations Human Resources or a related role. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. 
• Experience managing multiple processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels. 
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday BambooHR or similar tools. 
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset. 
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. 
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. 
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and improving HR workflows. 
• Data-driven mindset and experience working with People metrics and reporting. 

What about languages 

Advanced english level is required
