Support MedBilling manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated Support/Billing Managerto join our rapidly growing team. This position is ideal for individuals without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
A Support/Billing Managerin a medical companyis responsible formonitoring and ensuring all financial operations related to a patients stay in the hospital including:
- Entering patient information into the accounting system;
- Determining the patients insurance coverage details;
- Collecting financial information about the patient (bills assets cash flow etc.);
- Issuing invoices to insurance companies;
- Tracking payments and ensuring timely reimbursements.
Requirementsfor the role:
- Fluency in both written and spokenЕnglish
- Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
- Ability to check benefits/eligibility over the phone and online (to make sure that there will be a payer before the patient is admitted to the facility)
- Ability to check authorization status over the phone and online (checking the auth levels; number of days approved last covered date etc.)
- Working with Census (checking the information in the system before sending the claims to the insurance)
- Checking the claims over the phone and online
- Working on the case of the patient until the full payment is received (sending the claims for reprocessing in case its denied incorrectly sending corrected claims or appeals)
- Preparing letters/bills to patients and discussing the balances with the patients over the phone
- Posting payments into the system
- Generating the reports/aging to make sure that all the payments were received
Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients and primary data entry to the application program
- Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
- Month-end closing of the billing group information
- Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
- Special program/billing planning and implementation

Schedule:5/2 8-hour working day (40hrper week)from 8 am to 5 pm must be prepared to adhere to a strict schedule and maintain punctuality. You will have two 30-minute breaks during your shift totaling one hour. Our team is committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality services to our clients. Therefore you must be ready to respond promptly and address queries within 15 minutes to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
