Youll lead recruitment efforts for administrative and executive talent driving every stage of the hiring process - from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating offers. Building strong networks inside and outside the company is key. By leveraging market insights youll create search strategies that find and engage top administrative talent helping us meet our customers needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles ensuring seamless execution from sourcing to onboarding close global administrative and IT roles of various levels of complexity including C-level.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers operations lead and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives.
• Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates.
• Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies forecast talent needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide candidates with personalized feedback Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS maintaining its accuracy and quality.
• Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.

Qualifications :

• 4 years of experience of end-to-end recruiting on a global market.
• Experience with various candidate assessment methods in closing administrative and/or C-level positions.
• Understanding of administrative hiring and executive search specifics.
• Solid skills in communicating and consulting senior management directly effective negotiation influencing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
• Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• English level: upper-intermediate or higher.
