The company islookingfor a Radio Support Engineer who is eager to grow in a hands-on technical role supporting real-world UAV operations and learning from experienced engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to daily support team operations by communicating with end customers providing technical guidance and recommendations in RF field
- Participate in hardware service and repair activities in the lab using tools and RF equipment alongside senior RF engineers
- Assist in communication between engineering teams and field users
- Help troubleshoot technical issues in real-world environments
- Participate in analyzing flight data and logs
- Document issues findings and solutions clearly
- Support coordination between US and UA teams
Requirements:
- Basic technical background (student or graduate in CS EE aviation radio engineering or related field) or equivalent practical knowledge
- Strong willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills
- Interest in UAV/UAS systems and radio technologies
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
- English level: Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of RF systems or radio communications
- Familiarity with UAV/UAS systems
- Exposure to spectrum analysis or signal processing
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C or Python)
- Experience working with technical data or logs
