Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria Virginia and Orlando Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning design infrastructure management technical consulting engineering and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army Air Force Navy Marine Corps) missions along with other US federal agencies all over the world.
We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the overall management coordination and communication of infrastructure projects. You will provide strong leadership sound technical judgment and proven experience delivering complex multi-sector infrastructure projects to time cost and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage project communications with clients consultants contractors and key stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of infrastructure works to ensure delivery on schedule within scope and within budget.
Ensure full compliance with technical standards contractual obligations and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor project performance risks and progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary technical teams involved in project delivery.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience or masters degree in the same disciplines with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in the capacity of Project Manager overseeing infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors: housing healthcare facilities institutional buildings or critical infrastructure.
Extensive experience in the implementation supervision and delivery of infrastructure works.
Strong leadership coordination and team management skills.
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage complex multi-sector infrastructure projects effectively.
Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making capabilities.
