Job Summary
- Plan manage and monitor project execution ensuring on-time delivery within budget
- Act as the customers trusted partner developing relationships and identifying additional service opportunities and business insights
- Tailor project delivery models to match customer needs and apply best project management practices
- Conduct portfolio risk analysis proactively manage risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Be a people manager execute the companys people management practices including hiring onboarding performance evaluation and retention strategies
- Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project achievements
Qualifications :
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management processes methodologies and tools
- Proven risk management and strong leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams
- Hands-on experience driving the adoption of AI practices across projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience in embedded projects will be a plus
