Project Manager (Digital Transformation)
Job Summary
- Plan manage and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams
- Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals priorities and expected outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and operational efficiency improvements
- Promote and support the adoption of AI-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows
- Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure transparent communication and structured project documentation
- Coordinate and support delivery teams including onboarding and professional growth activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management practices
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects
- Understanding of modern technologies integrations and automation approaches
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum Kanban or hybrid delivery approaches
- Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
- Awareness of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows
- Intermediate English level or higher
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs
- Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions
- PMP PRINCE2 Agile or similar certifications
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
