Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support the client team in identifying business needs analyzing processes and providing actionable insights to drive improvements.
The Business Analyst will support the client team in identifying business needs analyzing processes and providing actionable insights to drive improvements. This role is key in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by gathering and documenting requirements conducting data analysis and assisting in the implementation of solutions. The Business Analyst will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
This position requires visiting the office in Pryluky Ukraine office at least 3 days a week. The rest is remote.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders using effective data collection and business analysis techniques.
- Developing and updating technical documentation specifications process diagrams and other project-related materials.
- Analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements reporting solutions dashboards and process automation initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align requirements and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing reports presentations documentation business cases and recommendations to communicate findings and project outcomes.
- Participating in project planning and coordination activities to ensure timely delivery; facilitating meetings and workshops to discuss requirements and ideas.
- Actively participating in all stages of project implementation from initial requirements gathering to deployment including demonstrating project results dashboards and implemented improvements to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst Project Coordinator Process Analyst or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business analysis principles business analysis techniques project management methodologies and business intelligence basics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience with documentation and modelling tools e.g. Visio Lucidchart JIRA.
- Basic hands-on experience with Power BI Power Platform dashboards reporting and business process automation.
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Intermediate English level.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
