HR Specialist, UA (manufacturing)
Job Summary
1. Personnel Administration & Labor Relations
- Execute end-to-end personnel administration processes including onboarding offboarding internal transfers and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in 1C ensuring data consistency and compliance.
- Manage preparation of HR orders employment files and labor books.
- Coordinate sick leave processes including reporting protocol preparation and insurance-related documentation.
- Prepare military servicerelated orders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. General Administrative Support
- Participate in periodic office inventory and general HR operational activities as required
3. Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events for office and production teams.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee engagement activities in collaboration with the administrative team.
- Ensure timely and structured communication of HR updates and materials to all factory employees.
4. Benefits Administration
- Prepare internal memos and HR orders related to benefits and payments in accordance with internal policies and the Collective Agreement.
- Administer medical and life insurance programs including enrollment adjustments and communication with employees.
5. Learning & Development
- Support Organizational Development initiatives and contribute to defined workstreams and projects.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Maintain update and ensure compliance of all job descriptions with internal and global standards.
- Support job evaluation processes and participate in C&B-related assessments.
- Prepare CAF forms job offers and maintain relevant data in HR systems (1C SuccessFactors MeDoc).
- Prepare and validate data for salary adjustments tariff reviews and annual merit processes.
7. Banking & Payroll Administrative Support
- Coordinate administrative activities with the bank including employee card data entry and management of salary project enrollment.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of experience in HR
- Experience with HR systems
- Intermediate level of English (required)
- Strong communication and analitycal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Result-oriented multitasking flexible and ready to take responsibility for own processes
