Finance Operations Analyst Ukraine

The person will prepare payment data make basic checks identify simple issues support accounting preparation and help answer courier payment claims.

Qualifications :

Must haves

Basic Excel skills - filters sorting totals and simple formulas.

Attention to detail - carefully checks IDs bank details and payment amounts.

Comfort with routine work - ready to repeat the same daily payment tasks consistently.

Reliability and willingness to work - meets deadlines and follows the agreed process.

Willingness to learn and ask questions - previous Finance experience is not required.

Fluent Ukrainian and working English.

Nice Haves:

• Any experience with payments bank operations accounting support billing payroll or data entry.
• Experience with lookups or Pivot Tables in Excel.
• Experience with 1C an ERP an accounting system or a bank portal.
