Job Summary

Own the business end to end: strategy product direction go-to-market team and results

Turn existing traction into repeatable scalable growth on new markets & clients
Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making
Leverage Sigma Software Groups ecosystem to the fullest technical teams product/design security/DevOps legal finance partners and client network
Be accountable for key business outcomes and performance
Represent the company with credible storytelling strong PR presence and relationship-building with customers partners and investors

Qualifications :

REQUIREMENTS:

Entrepreneurs ready for a true CEO seat to own strategy execution and results end-to-end
Proven scaler who has taken a product business beyond early traction
Strong GTM visionary who can build sales partnerships and a repeatable growth engine
The commercial and financial owner is confident in unit economics and hard trade-offs
High-autonomy leader who hires well leads teams and moves fast with full accountability
Executive communicator with strong negotiation skills
Advanced level of English

WILL BE A PLUS:

Strong network within the blockchain/crypto ecosystem
Experience with regulatory compliance in payments or financial services
Background in fundraising or investor relations
Experience with international markets
