Job Summary
Domestic Considerations: 44 RSDs per year.
1. Reside or work within the JMC AOR.
emergency callout liability on VTOD (up to 20 days max) locally/regionally.
Intelligent Mobilisation Liability.
4. Must be prepared to support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
Position Role: Lead Warrant Officer responsible for youth engagement in the community focusing on the delivery of targeted events for young people through different mediums like sport.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead SME for Youth engagement in the community and advise the SO2 Engt Plans and Ops on opportunities.
2. Plan deliver and assure regional UK Engt (INFORM UNDERSTAND ATTRACT) with key youth Target Audiences (TA) iaw HQ RC UK Engt OpO.
3. Plan deliver coordinate and support youth engagement in the communities.
4. Establish and develop relationships with delivery partners and provide advice as required.
5. Establish and maintain contacts with key stakeholders liaising with external agencies RPoC Staff and Army Reserve units to deliver appropriate youth engagement activities.
6. Identify opportunities for other youth engagement.
7. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during UK Resilience Ops.
8. Other relevant and appropriate tasks and duties as directed.
