Warehouse Operative Stores

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Warehouse Operative - Storesbased in our Lomondgate Production Facility. As a Warehouse Operative you will support day to day operations by ensuring the accuracy availability and security of warehouse inventory while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance visibility and efficiency across the business

The role will require flexibility in working hours across Dayshift Nightshift and Overtime when the plan requires it.

What youll do as a Warehouse Operative:

• Accurately receive inspect label and store goods ensuring all deliveries match purchase orders

• Pick kit and dispatch parts to support production and operational demands

• Manage stock movements using M3 and Factory Track maintaining accurate and reliable inventory records

• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and meet urgent material requirements

• Maintain high standards of safety housekeeping and compliance including operating FLTs where required

You are:

• Strong communication skills with confidence to collaborate across a large cross-functional supply chain team

• A proactive team-focused mindset with a flexible and positive approach

• High attention to detail when handling stock processing orders and maintaining accurate records

• Experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and stay organised in a fast-paced setting

• Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and warehouse/ERP systems (M3 or Factory Track experience advantageous)

• Forklift (FLT) experience desirable with a willingness to learn and support shift work overtime and multi-site operations
