Grange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our properties atBriarwood in Banstead. With a can do attitudeyoullprioritise and manage your own workload independently.

This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents inmaintainingtheir well-being and independence. Lone workingyoullhave support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant.

Organised and able to work on multiple tasksyoullhave a good understanding of building maintenance asyoullbe responsible forthe general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to the structure of the oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out the communal cleaninggardeningand window cleaning.

Youllbe an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residentscontractorsand clients.

As the first point of contact for any resident complaints leasehold enquires or property alterationsyoullbe able to advise and empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus.

A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding isan important factorwithin the Scheme Managers role as you willbe requiredto use applications such as Outlook and Word.
