Atlas Workplace Services is looking for a skilled and proactive System Support Lead to support and optimise a clients Planon CAFM system while playing a key role in developing and delivering API integrations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong systems data and integration experience who enjoys working at the intersection of technology operations and business improvement.
As System Support Lead youll take ownership of the day-to-day configuration support and enhancement of Planon environments ensuring systems are robust efficient and aligned with operational needs.
Youll also support the design and rollout of API integrations enabling better connectivity smarter data usage and improved business performance.
Key Responsibilities
System Management & Support
- Support the configuration maintenance and optimisation of the Planon system
- Manage workflows modules and data structures to meet business requirements
- Provide hands-on support to users troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Assist with system updates releases and ongoing improvements
Integration & Development
- Support the design development and rollout of API integrations
- Work with stakeholders to enable seamless system connectivity and data exchange
- Assist with testing validation and troubleshooting of integrations
Analysis & Improvement
- Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Identify and resolve technical and process issues proactively
- Support reporting and data analysis to enhance system performance
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Document system configurations processes and integration specifications
- Support project delivery and system implementation activities
About You
About You
Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Skills & Experience
- 3 years experience working with Planon (configuration or development)
- Experience designing and developing APIs
- Knowledge of Python scripting and development
- Understanding of Oracle SQL (desirable)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI IBM Cognos or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven experience supporting systems in a CAFM or business system environment
- Ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively
