Rate:13.00per hour 10% weekend enhancement

Youll be part of a small close-knit team supporting people with complex needs tolive life to the fullest enjoy their community and thrive in their own way.
Whats on offer:

Full-time:37.5 hours/week

Typical shifts:7:15am2:45pm & 2:15pm9:45pm

Youll need to be available for2 weekends out of every 4
What youll be doing:

Building meaningful relationships and empowering people to achieve personal goals

Supporting with daily routines including personal care cooking hobbies and activities
-
Encouraging independence inclusion and choice in every aspect of life

Helping plan fun fulfilling days at home and in the community
No two days are the sameand your support really matters.
What youll need:

Afull manual driving licenceand willingness to drive our service vehicle

A positive attitude patience and a genuine desire to support others

No previous care experience requiredwell give you full training and ongoing support
