Supervisor
The Lamb a 12th-century coaching inn with 18 beautiful boutique bedrooms in an idyllic setting in the postcard village of Hindon.
Were a fun team and were passionate about customers and our four-legged friends! Were a massively dog-friendly pub and hotel and look after a lot of shooting parties during the shooting season!
The Lamb is a favourite with the locals offering everything from a pint of real ale to cocktails on our garden terrace three-course dinners in the restaurant to delicious Sunday roasts!

What we look for in aSupervisor:
As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliverexceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continuethe success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
