Salary: 17.85 25.00 per hour dependent on experience

Overtime: Available most weeks

Hours Full Time: 39 Hours per week

Pendrich Height Services (part of PTSG/BAS) provides specialist steeplejack high-level maintenance and repair services on chimneys towers monuments bridges and high-rise structures across the UK.

Job Overview:

We are recruiting Steeplejack Technicians at all levelsfrom skilled operatives to Site Managers. Youll carry out maintenance repairs inspections and construction work on tall structures. Senior roles will manage teams ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to budget.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inspect maintain and repair chimneys steeples and other tall structures

• Carry out masonry metalwork roofing cleaning and general maintenance

• Use ladders scaffolding rope access and safety equipment correctly

• Complete site assessments safety checks documentation and reports

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Travel and work away when required

• (Site Manager): Lead teams write RAMS manage budgets and timelines

Job Requirements:

• Relevant height-work certifications (Working at Heights ATLAS Rope Access)

• 23 years steeplejack or high-level maintenance experience

• Strong understanding of safety procedures

• Physically fit and confident working at height

• Skilled with hand/power tools and maintenance tasks

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• (Site Manager): Leadership skills ability to read plans produce RAMS
