Position Summary
Wereexcited to offer an opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Content Quality Assurance team in the heart of Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about qualitydetailoriented and eager to contribute to the delivery of exceptional gaming experiences.
Working closely with developers and guided by experienced Senior Engineersyoullplay a key role in ensuring our games meet the highest standards before release. Fromsystemleveltesting through to launch readinessyoullbehandsonin validating performance functionality and overall player experience.
As part of the Content QA teamyoullhelp drive the successful release of games into User Acceptance Testing across both UK and international markets.Youllalso support the submission process to external test houses ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Execute test cases reporting defects to the developer for a fix to be applied
Perform regression testing when defects are fixed
Reproducing issues reported from the field
Setup and maintenance of test environments
Provide daily updates to Content QA Manager on testing progress
Participate in exploratory game play sessionsidentifytest scenarios and write new test cases when
Ensure software releases conform to defined game standards and regulatory requirements
Previousexperience working in a similar QA role
Strong interpersonal skills
Familiar using bug tracking tools (Mantis/Jira)
Experience using QA Management tools (Qtest/Test Rail)
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Qualifications
ISTQB certified would be an advantage.
Previousexperience working within the games industry is desirable but not essential
