This Software Engineer role in Cambridge will involve developing automation tools production software and test systems to support manufacturing validation and product configuration activities.

Key responsibilities for the Software Engineer job in Cambridge include:

Supporting the transfer of products from R&D into manufacturing
Developing and maintaining automated test software
Improving manufacturing processes through automation and workflow improvements
Supporting firmware flashing software installation and product configuration
Troubleshooting software and production issues
Supporting software version control and production traceability
Working closely with R&D Production Quality and suppliers

To be considered for this Software Engineer opportunity in Cambridge you will need:

A degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or similar
Strong experience with LabVIEW
Experience developing software tools automation or test systems
Understanding of software release and configuration control
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience with Python C/C embedded systems manufacturing automation or ISO9001 would be advantageous.
