Position: UK Based Software Engineers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130$170/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems alongside senior engineers.
- Develop and improve AI model performance through rigorous evaluation and feedback.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Enhance the quality of training data to improve downstream performance.
- Engage in flexible hours to accommodate project needs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5 years of full-time software engineering experience.
- Work experience at a big tech company (e.g. Slack Notion Stripe Figma etc.).
- Currently based in the U.K.
