Job Summary

About the role

This is a permanent full-time role (37 hours per week) that offers a healthy balance between home and office working along with the option of a 9-day fortnight. The role is agile and flexible although some travel will be needed from time to time so a full valid UK driving licence is required.

Youll be part of a supportive team of six reporting to the Rent and Service Charge Manager.

In this role youll take ownership of a portfolio of rent and service charge accounts. Youll prepare budgets and statements analyse costs and provide clear accurate information to customers and colleagues. Youll also manage a variety of queries working collaboratively across the organisation to resolve issues and improve services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data solving problems and delivering a positive customer experience in a flexible modern working environment.

Skills and Experience Needed

Were looking for someone with strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail who can manage their workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Youll be confident communicating clearly and presenting information with a proactive and flexible approach. Youll also be able to build and maintain positive working relationships.

A good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation relating to service charges is essential along with a full driving licence.
