Service Advisor Prestige Main Dealer
Basic Salary up to 38000 Bonus (5000 OTE)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious main dealer for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales team.

The Role:

• Booking customer vehicles in for service maintenance and repair
• Keeping customers updated throughout the process
• Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
• Liaising with workshop technicians and the parts department
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Managing invoices and vehicle handovers

Whats on Offer:

• Basic salary up to 38000
• Bonus potential of up to 5000
• Monday to Friday working hours: 8:00am 6:00pm
• One late shift per week finishing at 6:30pm
• Saturday rota: 1 in 4 8:00am 2:00pm paid as overtime
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Excellent working environment within a prestige dealership

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within a main dealer environment preferred
• Kerridge/CDK experience advantageous but not essential
