Who are we looking for:
Were looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality cost management and commercial advice from start to finish.
Youll be leading across multiple schemes managing budgets cost plans procurement and contracts while building strong client relationships and providing confident strategic input throughout.
Youll also play a key role within the team supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the overall success of projects from inception through to completion.
Experience within a PQS or consultancy environment is beneficial ideally at Senior level alongside strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of contracts and project delivery. MRICS qualification or working towards it is important.
Just as important is how you work. Youll be proactive collaborative and confident in your approach someone who enjoys building relationships takes pride in what they deliver and is comfortable being trusted to get on with it.
