A busy independent Sales and Lettings agency with several local offices across North Kent and South-East London is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join its growing team. The business is known for its strong local presence and commitment to customer care.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales deals
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the sales process from enquiry through to completion
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Providing high levels of customer service throughout transactions

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales is beneficial
• Strong personal sales ability with a proven track record
• Professional smart and well-presented appearance
• Clear communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Ambitious with a strong desire to develop within estate agency
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Local knowledge of Rainham and surrounding areas is beneficial
• Full UK driving licence is essential
