Our client is an independent estate agency based in Romford serving Havering and the surrounding areas. With ambitious growth plans in place they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their residential sales operation.

This is a key leadership position for a driven estate agency professional who enjoys building high-performing teams implementing effective processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

Working closely with senior leadership you will take ownership of the sales department drive performance across key metrics and play an integral role in the continued growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Lead motivate and develop the residential sales team to achieve performance targets
• Drive instructions sales agreed and completed transactions across the department
• Monitor and improve pipeline management and conversion rates
• Implement and maintain structured sales processes and CRM best practices
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and client communication throughout the sales journey
• Contribute to departmental growth strategies and support wider business objectives

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 5 years experience within residential estate agency
• Previous experience in a senior negotiator valuer assistant manager or sales manager position
• Proven track record of generating instructions and driving sales performance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organised with a process-driven approach to work
• Positive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development
• Full UK driving licence and local market knowledge would be advantageous
