Sales Development Representative Team Leader
Job Summary
As a global SDR Team Leader you will act as the senior point ofexpertiseand best practice forCasewaresSDR function. Based in the UK you will lead without direct line management responsibility instead leading through influencementorshipandexpertiseacross regional SDR teams. You will set the standard for how theregionalSDR teamsoperates- from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through to tooling reporting and process improvement-while continuing to contribute individually to pipeline creation.
You will align goals and activities with our global marketing plans to ensure Caseware achieves growth targets and work closely with the global Growth Marketing Directors tomaximisepipeline creation.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Location: This position is remote and available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in the UK.
What you will be doing:
Work closely with theregional SDR teamsto provide them with supportmentorshipand advice leading through influence rather than direct line management
Be part of the recruitment process for new team members when applicable
Provide structured onboardingcoachingand training to new and existing team members across all regions developing and maintaining SDR playbooks to ensure consistency globally
Encourage creativity and strategic thinking for outbound prospecting campaigns to generate leads
Share ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth
Work with the Growth Marketing Director UK to ensure processes are as efficient as possible
Identifyevaluateand pilotnew technologiesand processes
Act as the primary point of contact and collaboration between regional SDR teams ensuring consistent messaging approach and performance standards across different time zones and markets
Define track and report on the KPIs that measure both your own performance and the overall health of the global SDR function including pipeline generated conversion rates activitymetricsand team adoption of best practices
Use Salesforce effectively to ensure that reporting isaccurateand relevant
Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Managers by engaging with prospects by phone email social media and at events
Identifykey decision makers
Manage data in CRM to ensure all communications are logged andup-to-date
Effectively work with the marketing team to:
- Support any promotional campaigns
- Help with content ideas and briefing
- Suggest events and networking opportunities
- Produce monthly reports tosubmitto your manager to show your success
What youll bring:
35 years of experience in a Sales Development Business Development or Inside Sales role preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
1yearof experience in a team lead mentorship or senior SDR capacity
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling personalized outreach at scale
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A growth mindsethigh levelof resilience and genuine passion for sales development
Experience usingCRM platforms (Salesforcepreferred)and sales engagement tools (such as Sales Navigator OutreachZoominfoetc.)
Ability to adapt to changing sales environment
Proactive and energetic
Solid understanding of marketing and sales functions and how this role contributes to their success
Proventrack recordof consistently achievingor exceedingKPIs
Ability to lead coach and influence without direct line managementauthority
Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting sales data building reports and drawing actionable insights
Nice to haves:

Degree in BusinessMarketingor a related field or qualifications from the ISM
