TechChain Talent is a specialist Web3 and blockchain recruitment boutique working with leading protocols infrastructure providers and exchanges. Our clients include some of the biggest names in crypto such as L1 L2 and infrastructure projects.
The role
Were hiring an experienced SDR to drive new business development. Youll be the engine behind our client pipeline: identifying high-growth Web3 companies with hiring needs breaking into them with sharp outbound and booking qualified meetings for our senior recruiters and founders.
What youll do
Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns across email LinkedIn and phone to founders talent leaders and hiring managers at Web3 companies
Research and prioritise accounts based on funding rounds hiring signals and strategic fit
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ICP and book discovery calls
Maintain pipeline hygiene and activity tracking in our CRM
Work closely with the founders to refine messaging sequences and target lists
What were looking for
2-4 years SDR or outbound BD experience ideally in crypto recruitment SaaS or B2B services
Proven track record of hitting meeting and pipeline targets
Strong written communication; you can write outbound that actually gets replies
Genuine interest in Web3/crypto or the appetite to get up to speed quickly
Self-starter who thrives in a small ambitious team
