At Your Shortlist Original you would be responsible for creating new business opportunities for clients by identifying calling and booking meetings with senior decision-makers through professional B2B outreach campaigns. We dont believe great SDRs are script-readers. We believe theyre relationship builders problem solvers trusted communicators and commercially curious people who know how to connect with decision-makers.

What Youll Be Doing
- Working with rich and detailed data
- Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Creating high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers
- Delivering consultative B2B outreach campaigns on behalf of global tech brands
- Understanding client propositions and articulating value clearly
- Managing outreach activity across calls email and LinkedIn
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Working collaboratively with campaign managers and clients
- Contributing ideas messaging approaches and campaign improvements

What Were Looking For
Essential
- Previous B2B sales SDR lead generation or outbound experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong personal accountability
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Positive resilient and adaptable mindset
Ideal (But Not Essential)
- Experience within tech SaaS or marketing environments
- ABM or campaign-based sales experience
- CRM experience
- Experience booking appointments for senior sales teams
