Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead high-quality supported living services for adults with autism mental health needs learning disabilities and complex behaviours.
The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership quality and compliance of the service ensuring care is safe effective person-centred and fully aligned with CQC regulations and best practice. The role requires strong operational oversight confident leadership and a compassionate values-led approach.
Key responsibilities include maintaining CQC registration leading inspections overseeing safeguarding and risk management managing and developing staff and working closely with individuals families commissioners and professionals to deliver positive outcomes.

Requirements
Essential:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within supported living or a similar regulated service
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of CQC standards safeguarding MCA DoLS and Positive Behaviour Support principles
Proven leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead with professionalism emotional intelligence and integrity
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Desirable:
Experience supporting individuals with autism challenging behaviour or forensic backgrounds
Experience managing service transitions new registrations or service improvements
Knowledge of PBS Active Support or trauma-informed care approaches
