You willbe responsible forto complete day to day proactive check list with IT equipment tasks AM PM. This willinclude: Action on all email and telephone requests regarding IT tasks (hardware and software) troubleshooting all ITandTelecomsdevices issues or installing new devices all to ensure all staff equipment is working well and our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
Sometimes our guests have special requests involving IT equipment setup for events junkets telephones check ins room to room dialling setting up Fax machine lines and help on special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our IT Assistant.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to position is five days per weekallocatedto any of seven daysin a week: Monday to hours are currently set to 0900 - 17:30.
