Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender documents
Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
Manage project finances and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle
Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
Assess and value work completed on-site
Identify analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
Prepare and present financial reports
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
The Person:
Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
Excellent numerical analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software (Excel cost management systems)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
